The past 15 years I have experimented with hundreds of different training systems ranging from athletics, powerlifting, bodybuilding.. the list goes on

Ive taken what is useful, rejected what is not.. and designed MY OWN system of training, designed specifically to get men in the best shape of their lives

Nutritionally, I use principals of ‘flexible dieting’ which means you can do all this without giving up the foods you love and having a social life

I combine these two methods to provide lifelong, sustainable habits that will stay with you long after we have finished training together
